In California, we’re authorized to supply office moving services to state and local government agencies, and we are the exclusive furniture installation servicer for the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA). Also, we’ve entered into a Master Service Agreement (MSA) to supply office moving services for the California Department of General Services, and are registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and compliant with the Division of Apprenticeship Standards (DAS) apprentice registration and approved programs.

We have deep experience working with healthcare organizations in California. In fact, over the past two decades, we’ve served the majority of new hospitals, medical buildings and healthcare facilities throughout the state, helping them open, relocate or return to full capacity with very little downtime. That’s because our experienced transition team is meticulous in planning and staffing projects to meet critical timelines, and our field employees are trained to pack, move, and store delicate (and expensive) medical equipment. On most jobs, operations remain up and running while we work.
We recognize the sensitivity and security needed in healthcare settings. To ensure patient safety and privacy, we perform rigorous background checks on every team member. Employees who move patient files or imaging documents use HIPAA compliant transfer techniques. We also utilize video surveillance in our warehouses and update freight claims and stock lists in real time – so customers can track their materials 24/7.
